Our Hens

Our hens and their eggs are certified organic. They are free ranging and pastured with access to the fields 24/7. They are Red Star and Bovan Brown chickens, which are known for their big beautiful delicious brown eggs. They are an absolute delight to watch as they roam and peck a blade of grass or scratch for the occasional bug. They are very curious animals and will quickly gather around to watch whatever you are doing but don't turn or move too quickly otherwise they will explode in a flurry of flapping wings.
